Available in both vertical and horizontal configurations, each tank features an automatic condensate drain valve, visual pressure gauge, and dual safety relief valves—effectively buffering airflow pulses, stabilizing air pressure, and extending the lifespan of downstream equipment.
The entire tank series is treated with anti-rust and anti-corrosion coatings, enabling operation in environments ranging from -30°C to 120°C. Designed for outdoor installation, the tanks resist harsh weather and corrosion. During the rental period, we offer free airtightness testing, drain valve maintenance, and annual pressure vessel inspection—eliminating the risk of tank rupture.

FOOEN refrigerated dryer is equipped with a 380V/50Hz industrial-grade electric drying system, suitable for a wide pressure range of 4-14bar, with an inlet flow covering 7-50m³/min, and delivering clean compressed air with a precise pressure dew point of ≤3℃. Featuring a high-efficiency compressor and intelligent temperature control technology, energy consumption is reduced by 25% compared to traditional models, ensuring stable operation without degradation in all weather conditions. It is ideal for moisture-sensitive applications such as food packaging, electronic assembly, and plastic molding, eliminating the risk of equipment corrosion due to condensate.
The equipment integrates a triple protection system: a pre-filter intercepts large particles and impurities, the evaporator efficiently cools and dehumidifies, and an automatic drain valve continuously discharges condensate. The FOOEN external oil tanks feature a double-layer, containerized design with capacities of 5,000 L, 7,000 L, and 10,000 L. The outer shell is constructed of high-strength weathering steel with corrosion-resistant coating, and the interstitial layer is filled with explosion-proof thermal insulation material to guard against high temperatures, static charge, and external impacts. Each inner tank is equipped with a level sensor and breathing valve, paired with a leak-proof drip tray at the base and an intelligent alarm system (with second-level response to seepage). This ensures “zero contamination, zero loss” oil storage, meeting the long-term outdoor storage needs of fields such as oilfields, mines, and infrastructure projects.

FOOEN connection hoses are engineered for air, nitrogen, and water media, with nominal diameters freely selectable from DN50 to DN80 and working pressures spanning 10–60 bar. Featuring a three-layer reinforced composite construction—an embedded steel-wire braid for impact resistance, a rubber sealing layer for corrosion protection, and a low-friction inner liner to minimize flow resistance—these hoses operate reliably from –40 °C to +120 °C.
